Founded in 1980, Modern & Contemporary France is a multi-disciplinary journal of French Studies, offering a comprehensive view of all aspects of France from 1789 to the present day.

Now published by Routledge, Taylor & Francis Ltd., the new series continues to provide refereed articles and original documents, unrivalled coverage of books on France in review articles and book reviews, items of topical interest, quarterly periodical index and specialised guides to research resources.
